Uncovering the Insights: What to Expect from This Blog

First off. No, I am not Canadian, and nor do I live in the beautiful land up north. Maple and Leif just happen to be two of my favorite running trails and if you live in the PNW, you know what I mean.

What to expect...

Well, I really just want an avenue to put words on paper... or words on screen. Each blog will be written in the style of stream of consciousness. I am not a professional writer. By no means am I an expert. I don't have an alphabet soup behind my name like other providers. And no, I'm not a specialist.

What I do know is 10 years of treating patients of all backgrounds covering more than 200,000 lives. My treatment philosophy and beliefs of the profession have completely transformed and I want to share a bit of that information with you. That's got to count for something right?
